...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN KEMPER COUNTY
THROUGH 400 PM CDT...

At 343 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Scooba, or 17 miles northeast of De Kalb, moving southeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Kemper
County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
