FOR NORTHEASTERN RANKIN...NORTHWESTERN SCOTT...NORTH CENTRAL HINDS
AND MADISON COUNTIES...

At 248 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Canton, moving
east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe storm will be near...
  Canton and Sharon around 255 AM CDT.
  Farmhaven around 300 AM CDT.
  Ludlow around 310 AM CDT.
