...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN ST. JOHNS COUNTY
THROUGH 330 PM EDT...

At 254 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles northeast of Hastings, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 45 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Saint Augustine, Hastings, Saint Augustine Beach, Crescent Beach,
Saint Augustine Shores, Butler Beach, Saint Augustine South, Vilano
Beach, Spuds, and Anastasia.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
