...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 145 AM EDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Kentucky,
  including the following counties, in south central Kentucky,
  Laurel. In southeast Kentucky, Clay and Owsley.

* WHEN...Until 145 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1144 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain has fallen
    since 11 pm. Minor flooding of small streams and streaks,
    roads, and roadside culverts.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    London, Manchester, Treadway, Fall Rock, Burning Springs,
    Sacker Gap, Laurel Creek, Sidell, Bernice, Chestnutburg,
    Malcomb, Mill Pond, Grace, Sextons Creek, Shepherdtown,
    Tanksley, Urban, Sourwood, Fogertown and Thomas.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
