In southeast Kentucky, Clay, Jackson, Knox and Owsley. * WHEN...Until 445 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 136 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... London, Manchester, Deer Lick, Langnau, Maplesville, Crawford, Portersburg, Lesbas, Lida, Marydell, Levi Jackson S.P., Mcwhorter, Byron, Benge, Fariston, Cane Creek, Lake, London-Corbin Airport, Fogertown and Atlanta.
