...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Kentucky, including the
  following county, Fleming.

* WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 907 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding of small streams and creeks,
    roads, and roadside culverts is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Flemingsburg, Poplar Plains, Tilton, Craintown, Pecks Ridge,
    Goddard and Wallingford.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
