At 730 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Dry Creek, or 11 miles east of Hindman, moving north at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Pikeville, Coal Run Village, Wheelwright, Forest Hills, Wayland, Warfield, East McDowell, Huddy, Meta, Pilgrim, Garden Village, Aluba, McDowell, Piso, Betsy Layne, Prince, Ivel, Honaker, Buckhorn Hollow, and Blue Moon.
