  miles west of Pikeville, moving east at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Chloe around 325 PM EDT.
  Raccoon around 330 PM EDT.
