FOR HARLAN...EASTERN BELL...LESLIE...LETCHER...SOUTHEASTERN PERRY AND
SOUTHERN KNOTT COUNTIES...
At 303 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Elic to Leatherwood to near Rosspoint to near
Harrogate, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Harlan, Whitesburg, Lynch and Fleming-Neon.
