NWS survey teams are investigating damage from several, perhaps 9
tornadoes which touched down across western Nebraska Thursday
evening. Information on the intensity or EF-scale of the tornadoes
will become available later today.

Below is the information we have received thus far.

            Fire Department reported a tornado south of
            Bingham.

            including homes, outbuildings and shops. 39
            homes damaged. One camper destroyed at beach

            Numerous trees down. Some rescues of people
 from basements. No injuries reported.
