Overnight temperatures were low to mid 50s across western Nebraska
and the Sandhills. Across north central Nebraska temperatures were
slightly warmer with lows in the upper 50s. Isolated thunderstorms
developed in the overnight hours and moved east across portions of
the Sandhills into north central Nebraska.


Today, highs will be in the 80s. There is a chance for severe
storms later this afternoon and evening across all of western and
north central Nebraska. Winds will be out of the south around 10
to 15 mph with gust of 25 mph or greater at times.
