HOOKER AND NORTHWESTERN THOMAS COUNTIES THROUGH 430 PM CDT/330 PM
MDT/...

At 342 PM CDT/242 PM MDT/, Doppler radar was tracking scattered
strong thunderstorms extending from near Merriman to near Whitman.
Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Mullen, Hyannis, Cody, Merriman, Seneca, Nenzel, Medicine Lake,
Whitman, Merritt Reservoir, Speckel Meir Lake, Eli, Duluth,
Intersection of Highway 61 and Survey Valley Road, Cody Lake, Marsh
Flat, Anderson Bridge State Wildlife Management Area, Indian Hill,
Whitman Road crossing the North Branch of the Middle Loup River,
Pratt Lake, and Sevenmile Hill.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 20 between mile markers 128 and 172.
 Highway 2 between mile markers 146 and 201.
 Highway 61 between mile markers 150 and 231.
 Highway 97 between mile markers 51 and 117.
