...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Louisiana,
including the following parishes, Beauregard, Rapides and Vernon and
southeast Texas, including the following areas, Hardin, Lower
Jefferson, Northern Jasper, Northern Newton, Northern Orange,
Southern Jasper, Southern Newton, Southern Orange, Tyler and Upper
Jefferson.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood
Watch is being cancelled.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, and southwest
  Louisiana, including the following parishes, in central Louisiana,
  Avoyelles, Evangeline and St. Landry. In south central Louisiana,
  Lafayette and Upper St. Martin. In southwest Louisiana, Allen,
  Northern Acadia, Northern Calcasieu, Northern Jefferson Davis,
  Southern Acadia, Southern Calcasieu, Southern Jefferson Davis and
  Upper Vermilion.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Another round of showers and thunderstorms is forecast this
    afternoon into evening. Any additional rainfall falling over
    locations with saturated grounds, along with high flows along
    area creeks, bayous, and drainage ditches, will bring about
    an increased risk of flash flooding.

should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
