  - At 8:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 22.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 PM CDT Friday was 22.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 22.6 feet Sunday morning.
    It will then fall early Sunday afternoon. It will rise to
    23.0 feet Wednesday morning. It will then fall again but
    remain above flood stage.

    ending at 8:15 PM CDT Friday was 17.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.1
    feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    Sunday afternoon.

  Significant flooding occurs in Village Creek State Park.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:30 PM CDT Friday was 19.4 feet.

  Calcasieu River to recreational boat traffic is likely from the
  Saltwater Barrier to the parish line.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Flooding of secondary roads near the river
  and its tributaries begins, including Ashmore Road. Strothers
  Crossing Road near Calcasieu and Price Crossing Road near Hineston
  have several feet of water over them and subject to washouts.
