...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 PM CDT...

For the following areas...
Coastal waters from Intracoastal City to Cameron LA out 20 NM...
Waters from Intracoastal City to Cameron LA from 20 to 60 NM...

At 1116 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near West Cameron
173, or 25 nm south of Cameron, moving southeast at 10 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and large hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in
         structural damage.

Locations impacted include...
West Cameron 178, West Cameron 198, West Cameron 144, West Cameron
173, East Cameron 47, East Cameron 46, and West Cameron 180.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
Wind gusts to 40 knots, large hail, high waves, dangerous lightning,
and heavy rain are possible with this storm.
