The locations that will be surveyed will be the area Near Sulphur in Calcasieu Parish Louisiana and the second Cecilia and Henderson in St. Martin Parish... The National Weather Service office in Lake Charles LA will conduct a storm survey now for the area near Sulphur in Calcasieu Parish Louisiana. The National Weather Service office in Lake Charles LA will also conduct a storm survey this morning for Cecilia and Henderson in St. Martin Parish Louisiana. The survey is in relation to the severe thunderstorms and possible tornadoes that moved through the area on May 13, 2024. A final assessment including results of the survey are expected to be completed and transmitted via a Public Information Statement by early this evening or early Wednesday morning.
