The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Waters from Cameron LA to High Island TX from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 1045 AM CDT.

* At 949 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from Heald Bank to
  6 nm northwest of High Island A457, moving east at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  High Island 199, High Island A33, High Island A100, High Island 5,
  and High Island A201.
