  Coastal waters from Intracoastal City to Cameron LA out 20 NM...
  Waters from Cameron LA to High Island TX from 20 to 60 NM...
  Waters from Intracoastal City to Cameron LA from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 1145 AM CDT.

* At 1049 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located near West Cameron 53, or 10 nm southeast of
  The Mouth Of The Sabine River, moving east at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
