Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Rainfall rates of around 2 to 4 inches per hour may be possible, leading to areas of minor flooding. An upgrade to a Flash Flood Warning may be possible in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
