FOR SOUTHEASTERN PLAQUEMINES PARISH...

At 245 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles southeast of
Venice, or 36 miles southeast of Port Sulphur, moving southeast at 15
mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.
