...The Flood Advisory continues for the following rivers in Nevada...

  Owyhee River near Mountain City affecting Elko County.

.Warm temperatures will melt high mountain snowpack and increase
river flows.

For the Owyhee River...including Mountain City...elevated river
levels are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD ADVISORY FOR SNOWMELT REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL TOMORROW

* WHAT...Flooding caused by snowmelt is possible.

* WHERE...Owyhee River near Mountain City.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Minor flooding along the river channel.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:25 AM PDT Friday the stage was 7.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain near action stage
    today, then fall below action stage later this weekend.
  - Action stage is 7.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
