05/26/2024 Butler KY NWS Storm Survey
NWS storm survey team determined an EF1
tornado with 110mph winds impacted Butler
and Warren Counties on May 26, 2024. The
tornado was 40 miles in total length with 30
miles in the Louisville CWA and 800 yards
wide. This tornado was on the ground for 40
minutes. Please see the associated PNS for
more details about this tornado. This point
marks the starting point of the tornado
path.
