CENTRAL RUSSELL...CASEY AND NORTHEASTERN ADAIR COUNTIES THROUGH 700
PM EDT/600 PM CDT/...

At 624 PM EDT/524 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm 12 miles southwest of Liberty, moving northeast at 35
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Liberty, Lawhorn Hill, Teddy, Gilpin, Walltown, Lanhamtown, Cantown,
Evans Ford, Atterson, and New Salem.
