...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN MONROE...NORTHEASTERN
ALLEN...NORTHWESTERN CUMBERLAND...CENTRAL BARREN...SOUTHWESTERN ADAIR
AND METCALFE COUNTIES THROUGH 430 PM CDT...

At 402 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles southwest of Glasgow, moving east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Glasgow, Edmonton, Burkesville, Leslie, Pickett, Curtis, Lecta,
Haywood, Ellington, and Austin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 600 PM CDT for south central
and central Kentucky.
