For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.3 inch low near Lake Superior will push a cold
front towards the lakes through tonight. A 29.9 inch high over
the Upper Mississippi Valley will then build east across the
Great Lakes region Thursday through Friday. A 29.5 inch low near
Lake Superior Friday night will weaken as it tracks into Southern
Quebec while sending a cold front through the lakes. A 29.9 inch
high will then build in Saturday night and remain over the area
through Sunday.

.THIS AFTERNOON...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southwest
and increasing to 15 to 20 knots. Showers with a chance of
thunderstorms early. Showers and thunderstorms
likely late. Some thunderstorms may produce gusty winds. Waves 1
to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet.
.TONIGHT...Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming west 10 to
15 knots. A chance of showers and thunderstorms in the evening,
then a chance of showers after midnight. Waves 2 to 4 feet
subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.
.THURSDAY...West winds 5 to 10 knots becoming southwest. Waves
1 to 2 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Waves around
1 foot.
.FRIDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 15 knots becoming east. Waves
2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...East winds 5 to 15 knots becoming southwest less than
10 knots. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Waves 2 feet or
less.
.SUNDAY...Southwest winds 10 knots or less becoming east. A
chance of showers Sunday night. Waves 1 foot or less.
