Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A 29.3 inch low over Quebec today will slowly drift across the Saint Lawrence valley and fill to 29.7 inches by late Wednesday. A 30.2 inch high stretching across the province of Ontario and the Upper Great Lakes Wednesday night will become centered over the entire Great Lakes region Thursday and Friday. The high will settle to the southeast across the Carolinas Friday night and Saturday.
