For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure over Quebec will slowly drift east while
weakening to 29.8 inches by late Wednesday. A 30.2 inch high
stretching across the province of Ontario and the Upper Great
Lakes Wednesday night will become centered over the entire Great
Lakes region Thursday and Friday. The high will settle to the
southeast across the Carolinas Friday night and Saturday.
