...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following
  county, Lake IL.

* WHEN...Until 830 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding
  may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 634 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated rainfall ending across the area with up to 1.5
    inches storm total. Street flooding is likely to end shortly,
    but some creeks may continue to rise or remain elevated over
    the next few hours.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Zion, Winthrop Harbor, Wadsworth, Beach Park, Waukegan.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means minor flooding along waterways and other poor
drainage areas is imminent or may already be occurring. Persons in
the advisory area should use caution and avoid flood waters.
