At 1234 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 7 nm south of Waukegan Harbor to near Monroe Harbor,
moving northeast at 30 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.
