...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN WILL AND NORTH
CENTRAL KANKAKEE COUNTIES THROUGH 200 AM CDT...

At 131 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles east of Lakewood Shores, or 8 miles east of Wilmington, moving
northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
New Lenox, Mokena, Frankfort, Manteno, Peotone, University Park,
Manhattan, Monee, Wilton Center, and Symerton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
