.DISCUSSION...
A weak offshore trend in the morning will bring more rapid clearing
to the incident location on Tuesday, along with a warming and drying
trend. Weak offshore winds (north to northeast) will likely occur
during the late night and morning hours, shifting to the northwest
each afternoon and evening.
.TUESDAY...
Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny.
Max temperature.....60 at 9 am, max around 77.
Min humidity........40 percent at 9 am, min 20 percent.
Eye level winds.....North to northeast winds 3 to 5 mph in the morning,
shifting to the northwest 3 to 6 mph with gusts
9 mph in the afternoon.
