.DISCUSSION...
East to northeast winds will bring a drying trend to the Hill Fire location
on Wednesday, with minimum humidities lower to near or just below 20 percent.
However, humidity recoveries are expected to be fairly good Wednesday night,
followed by a return to dry conditions on Thursday with potential for minimum
humidities as low as 17 percent. Winds will be locally gusty on Wednesday,
then decreasing into Thursday. Along with the drying trend, temperatures will
rise through Thursday, with potential for highs in the upper 80s by Thursday.

Eye level winds.....East winds 3 to 4 mph becoming north to northeast
