.DISCUSSION...
A ridge of high pressure will begin to build over the region on Tuesday,
producing a warming and drying trend that will persist through late in
the week. Tuesday`s high temperatures are expected to be in the mid to
upper 80s at the fire location, but there is a 30-40 percent chance of
highs peaking in the lower 90s. Rising temperatures combined with easterly
flow will cause humidities to lower to between 26 to 30 percent Tuesday
afternoon. East to northeast winds are expected through the day, peaking
in the afternoon with gusts 12 to 15 mph.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (30-40 percent).
Max temperature.....86-89.
Min humidity........26-30 percent.
Eye level winds.....Northeast winds up to 5 mph.
Wind (20 ft)........East winds 3 to 5 mph becoming northeast 6 to 9 mph
                    with gusts to 12 mph in the late morning and
                    afternoon.
Ridgetop wind.......East winds 4 to 6 mph becoming northeast 8 to 10 mph
                    with gusts to 15 mph.
Mixing height.......1600 ft AGL rising to 7500 ft AGL.
