.DISCUSSION...
Conditions this afternoon at the Hill Fire will be in the mid 80s
with locally gusty west to northwest winds. Peak 20-ft winds will be
around 18 mph through around 1700, then gradually decreasing through
2300. At that time winds will diminish and shift to an easterly direction,
then will increase some from the north-NE Wednesday in the late morning and
afternoon. Temperatures are expected to change little, but humidities are
expected to lower to near 20 percent due to the offshore flow. Overnight
recoveries tonight should be good, near 65 percent.
