.DISCUSSION...
A sharp shortwave trough will pass over the region Friday, and will
lead to overall cooler temperatures, and increased winds. Winds are
expected to peak in the late afternoon into evening, at around 10 to
15 mph with gusts to 25 mph. RHs will be in the 30s during the day,
with good overnight recoveries.

Sky/weather.........Sunny.
Temperature.........60 to 63 at 1100...Max 70 to 73.
RH..................35 to 40 percent at 1100...Min 30 to 32 percent.
Eye level winds.....W 3 to 5 mph with gusts to 8 mph at 1100,
                    becoming W 5 to 8 mph with gusts to 13 mph in
                    the afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........W 5 to 10 mph with gusts to 15 mph at 1100,
                    becoming W 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 25 mph
                    in the afternoon.
