For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.3 inch low now over Quebec this afternoon
continues lifting northeast tonight into Tuesday morning. In its
wake, a 30.3 inch high pressure builds over the Northern Plains on
Tuesday. This high pressure parks over the Upper Great Lakes
Wednesday and stays put through Thursday. The high begins to
slowly move towards the rest of the lower Great Lakes region
Thursday night and moves into the Mid Atlantic states by Saturday.
Meanwhile, ridging weakens over Lake Superior to 29.9 inches.
