For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.3 inch low over Quebec this evening continues
lifting northeast tonight into Tuesday morning. In its wake, a
30.3 inch high pressure builds over the Northern Plains on
Tuesday. This high pressure parks over the Upper Great Lakes
Wednesday and stays put into Thursday. The high begins to slowly
move towards the rest of the lower Great Lakes region late
Thursday and gets to the Mid Atlantic states by Saturday as it
weakens to 30.2 inches. Meanwhile, ridging weakens over Lake
Superior to 29.9 inches.
