Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of thunderstorms will be capable of producing heavy rainfall through this evening, with between 2 and 5 inches possible. This threat will be heightened for some locations due to the heavy rainfall that has fallen since Friday afternoon. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
