MO, Boone MO, Callaway MO, Cole MO, Franklin MO, Gasconade MO,
Lincoln MO, Moniteau MO, Montgomery MO, Osage MO, Pike MO, Saint
Charles MO, Saint Louis City MO, Saint Louis MO and Warren MO.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM CDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Bond
  IL, Clinton IL, Fayette IL, Madison IL, Marion IL, Monroe IL,
  Randolph IL, Saint Clair IL and Washington IL and Missouri,
  including the following areas, Crawford MO, Iron MO, Jefferson MO,
  Madison MO, Reynolds MO, Saint Francois MO, Sainte Genevieve MO
  and Washington MO.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Another round of thunderstorms will be capable of producing
    heavy rainfall through this evening, with between 2 and 5
    inches possible. This threat will be heightened for some
    locations due to the heavy rainfall that has fallen since
    Friday afternoon.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
