...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois...Missouri...
Mississippi River at Clarksville.
River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast
precipitation for the next 24 hours.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Louisiana.
* WHEN...From this morning until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, The parking area at the boat house floods.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.1 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 11:30 AM CDT Sunday was 15.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 18.3 feet Friday
evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

NOTICE...
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Mississippi River at Hannibal.
* WHEN...From Monday afternoon until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, The Corps of Engineers begins flood fight
procedures. At this level, preparations are made to install two
flood gates at Hill Street and Center Street if the forecast
exceeds 20.5 feet.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon and continue rising to 19.5 feet
Friday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 28.6 feet, Water begins covering Highway C about a
half mile south of Highway B in St. Charles County.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 25.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early Tuesday afternoon and continue rising to 28.8 feet
Saturday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
