...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Missouri, including the
  following county, south central Franklin.

* WHEN...Until 715 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 643 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
    flooding is expected, even though the rain has passed on.
    Between 1 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Union, Sullivan, St. Clair, Parkway, Miramiguoa Park and
    Stanton.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
