...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 615 PM CDT
FOR WEST CENTRAL ST. LOUIS COUNTY...
At 538 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Ellisville,
moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Tennis ball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Public reported golf ball size hail in Eureka.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
Locations impacted include...
Chesterfield, Wildwood, Ballwin, Maryland Heights, Manchester, Creve
Coeur, Town and Country, Ellisville, Frontenac, Clarkson Valley,
Spirit of St. Louis Airport, Westwood, and Country Life Acres.
This also includes Babler Memorial State Park.
