...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Texas, including the following
  counties, Garza, Kent and Stonewall.

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 822 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated the heavies rain was southeast of Aspermont and
    south of Jayton. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to
    begin shortly in parts of the advisory area. The mesonet
    weather station at Aspermont measured 1.7 inches of rain in
    about 30 minutes.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible over
    parts over the area.  There is another strong to severe storm
    northwest of Post that will move into the advisory area about
    9 pm.  Even though rain may have ended at your location, more
    may be on the way.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Post, Aspermont, Jayton, Lake Alan Henry, Clairemont,
    Peacock, Swenson, Justiceburg and Old Glory.
