This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the South Plains, Rolling
Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Isolated thunderstorms are possible across the area this evening. A
better chance for thunderstorms is expected tonight across the far
southern Texas Panhandle and northern Rolling Plains with a possible
small storm complex moving southeast through the Panhandles through
the early morning hours. Large hail and damaging wind gusts the main
threats with this activity.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Scattered thunderstorm activity is expected to develop Thursday
afternoon and evening along and east of the dryline which should be
located across the western South Plains. Most of the outlook area
will have a chance of storms. All severe hazards will be possible,
including damaging winds, very large hail, and tornadoes.
Additionally, locally very heavy rainfall may produce flash
flooding, especially in the Rolling Plains.

The chance for thunderstorms will continue into the weekend and into
early next week. Saturday currently looks like the day with the
highest potential for widespread severe weather.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed.
