Chesapeake Bay from Drum Point MD to Smith Point VA...
Tangier Sound and the inland waters surrounding Bloodsworth Island...
Tidal Potomac from Cobb Island MD to Smith Point VA...

At 544 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts
were located along a line extending from Nanticoke River Mouth to
near Deep Hole to near Southwest Middle Grounds, moving east at 25
knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and large
         hail.

SOURCE...Observed wind.

IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by
         suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.
         Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas. Hail may damage your vessel.

severe thunderstorms will be near...
  Smith Island, Smith Island, Southwest Middle Grounds, Deal Island,
  Tangier Sound, and Ewell around 550 PM EDT.
  Crisfield around 605 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by severe thunderstorms include Point
Lookout.

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
