At 424 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported strong thunderstorms
along a line extending from near Deer Park to near Keyser to 8 miles
southwest of Romney, moving northeast at 15 mph.

Gusty winds of 30 to 50 mph are possible with these storms.

Heavy rainfall is occurring and may lead to local ponding on roads,
and rises on small streams.

Locations impacted include...
Cumberland, Frostburg, Keyser, Westernport, Romney, Bel Air,
Bittinger, La Vale, Fort Ashby, Lonaconing, Piedmont, Grantsville,
Elk Garden, Kitzmiller, Ridgeley, Cresaptown, Potomac Park, Wiley
Ford, Eckhart Mines, and Mount Savage.

This includes Interstate 68 in Maryland between mile markers 16 and
62.
