Here is a look at the weather features that will affect the region
over the next several days.

A stray shower or storm may be possible across the Virginia
Piedmont this afternoon. Otherwise, dry conditions are expected through
Saturday as high pressure gradually builds in from the Great Lakes.
Temperatures will be cooler during this time as well. A gradual
warming trend is then expected Sunday into early next week as high
pressure pushes offshore.
