Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service Baltimore MD/Washington DC
748 PM EDT Tue Jun 4 2024

Here is a look at the weather features that will affect the region
over the next several days.

Spotty shower and thunderstorm chances will continue today as low
pressure pushes offshore and weak high pressure builds back into
the region. More widespread shower and thunderstorm activity
arrives Wednesday and Thursday as a series of fronts cross the
region. By Friday, precipitation chances decrease in the wake of
the cold front. Unsettled conditions are possible this weekend as
a large upper-level low slowly approaches from the Great Lakes
region. This pattern may persist into early next week as well.
