...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southwestern Dallas
and northeastern Ouachita Counties through 515 AM CDT
...

At 450 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Sparkman, or 19 miles southeast of Arkadelphia, moving east at 20
mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.
