...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of east central Clark
and northwestern Dallas Counties through 445 AM CDT
...

At 411 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Richwoods, or 7 miles south of Arkadelphia, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.
